Gazing at the stars, greeting the first rays of sunshine in the morning, smelling fresh hay – that's the feeling of well-being while camping in the Drau Valley at Camping Reiter. 35 pitches in the stunning scenery of the upper Drau Valley in Greifenburg. Some are shaded from the sun under shady trees, while others offer plenty of shade for sun worshippers.
The modern sanitary facilities offer all the amenities a guest could wish for. And that little bit extra in terms of equipment makes the holiday a truly special camping experience.
...our mobile homes - when the feeling of freedom has more comfort
To enjoy a comfortable camping holiday, you don't necessarily need to arrive with a caravan or tent. We recently added two new and fully equipped solid wood mobile homes to our campsite.
The "Reisskofel Blick" mobile home is equipped with a kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds (80x200), seating area with option to convert into a bed, private bathroom and toilet, and a small covered terrace that leaves nothing to be desired.
The "Jauken Blick" mobile home has a slightly different layout and, most notably, features a second room equipped with a bunk bed. It therefore offers ample space for an entire family.

...the feeling of camping for generations
The inn and campsite in Greifenburg were opened as early as 1963.
It all started with 25 pitches, two washbasins, and only cold water. The swimming pool was built in 1975 and by 1977 the site had expanded to more pitches. Many renovations followed – swimming pool, guest rooms, kitchen remodeling, new washrooms, complete overhaul of the sanitary facilities, and renovations to the house and restaurant. In 2021 two mobile homes were added.
