Reservation and cancellation policies
We are pleased that you wish to spend to spend your holiday with us at CAMPING REITER.
To fulfil your reservation requests, we ask you to read these terms carefully. These terms and the general campsite regulations apply at the time you submit a written reservation by email. They are irrevocable.

Reservation
A reservation fee of €90.00 is required for booking a standing spot or chalet. This amount will later be deducted from the total at checkout. There are no additional costs.
Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation by email to the following account: Camping Reiter/ Cornelia Eigner Amount: € 90.00 IBAN: AT242070604400864932 BIC: KSPKAT2KXXX Description: Name, arrival date, departure date
Confirmation of the reservation: The reservation is only definitively confirmed once the reservation costs have been credited to the bank account of Camping Reiter. You will then receive a confirmation by email. This serves as proof of reservation.
Expiry of the reservation: The reservation will automatically expire if payment is not made within 7 days of booking and you have not received a reservation confirmation by email. The spot will then be released.
Cancellation or failure to show up: If you cancel the payment afterwards or do not show up, you will not receive a refund. However, you can request a voucher to use for a new reservation in the same calendar year. After this, the voucher expires.

2. Seating preference Seating preference will be accommodated as much as possible. However, you do not automatically have the right to the requested spot. We reserve the right to assign you a different, equivalent spot.

3. Arrival and Departure Arrival time after 13:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please inform us by email or phone. Your spot may be occupied by other guests until 12:00.
The place you reserved will be held until 18:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 18:00, please let us know in good time, otherwise we give the spot to someone else. In this case, your reservation will be automatically cancelled, and you will not receive a refund.
Departure is allowed until 12:00 noon. If you leave later, you will need to pay for an additional full day. Extending your stay is of course always possible, provided you discuss it with the owner and the place is available. However, you cannot claim this as a right. Of course, you can also park on another available spot.

4. Delayed Arrival & Early Departure The arrival and departure dates specified in the reservation are not interchangeable. If you arrive later or leave earlier, you will still need to pay for all booked days in full. The municipal tourist tax is only calculated on the nights stayed.

5. Cancellation Conditions
Previously confirmed and paid reservations can be cancelled by mutual agreement and confirmed via email at info@camping-reiter.at. However, the conditions regarding refunds etc. apply.

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance. This way, in the event of unexpected occurrences such as an accident, illness or similar, you are adequately covered against costs.
